No other agency markets Heritage Lake as well as Brouhard Realtors. During the period from January 1, 2010 year to date, 40 lakefront homes have sold at Heritage Lake. Of the 40 lakehomes sold, 28 listings were Brouhard Realtor's (73%).  Of the 40 buyers for these homes, 29 of the buyers were found by Brouhard Realtors (73%).
