After the success of the Open House Extravaganza on August 3rd we thought we should get in another for the season! 6 Waterfront homes have pended or sold since the last open house event and 8 Offshore homes have pended and sold in the Heritage Lake market with Brouhard Realtors selling 67% of the waterfront homes and 31% of the offshore homes.
